Position Title: Talent Advisor / Program Delivery Director

Position Objective:-

The Talent Advisor Director is responsible for the development and execution of the talent strategy.  This role is responsible for continuously building and maintaining strategic partnerships with director levels

and above by understanding their business, strategic direction, processes, and policies with the goal of growing and developing the account. The Talent Advisor Director will manage a team of Talent Advisors ensuring a proactive approach to fulfillment with the right resource at the right time. The Talent Advisor Director position will expand influence within the customer with the goal to grow the program and drive adoption while delivering a high level of service and talent to our clients by:

Position Summary

Percentage of Time

?    Ensuring contractual SLA's are met or exceeded for talent cycle time, fulfillment, and quality.

?    Connecting with key department leaders on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to assess business needs, requirements, performance, overall satisfaction with service levels, and opportunities for growth

?    Execute against growth goals by leveraging relationships and positioning the program as a multi-dimensional solution with resources to meet a multitude of staffing needs and high-level skill sets

?    Build and maintain a strategic partnership with the client by understanding the client''s business, strategic direction, processes, and policies to identify employment needs and provide creative and innovative workforce solutions

?    Supporting client operations by providing top quality service

?    Driving strong fill rates by collaboration with recruiting teams on creative recruitment plans and delivering quality feedback

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:-

?    Responsible for all fulfillment aspects of the client relationships

?    Grow the business through new department/contact acquisition and increase of market share

?    Meet with contacts and potential contacts within Kaiser to obtain orders for service

?    Exercise discretion and judgment in managing relationships with current clients to identify clients’ needs, to assist in client''s business opportunities, and to ensure superior customer service

?    Build, manage, qualify, and maintain a database of contacts and prospect contacts

?    Use discretion to identify job fit, boss fit, and company fit to effectively relay the client''s needs to the recruiters

?    Networking and community involvement to build business

?    Contribute towards the success of filling of orders with timeliness and quality

?    Contribute strategic recruiting plans based off client''s needs

?    Initiate quality of service and order performance with clients, Centralized Delivery, talent and internal team members

?    First day, first week and 30 day quality check-in with all active clients

Supervisory Responsibility:-

? Provides guidance, leadership, or training to other employees (no direct supervision)

? Directly responsible for supervising non-exempt, clerical, or office administrative personnel – this occasionally does occur

? Directly responsible for supervising exempt, professional, or technical employees

? Directly responsible for supervising supervisory/managerial employees
